Patriot buys aviation-focused Texas agency

Patriot Growth Insurance Services LLC said Tuesday it has acquired Ladd Gardner Aviation Insurance Agency Inc., based in Addison, Texas.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2007 by aviation and insurance industry veteran Ladd Gardner, the agency specializes in coverage for aircraft owners, operators and other aviation-related businesses, offering products including airport liability and hangar insurance.
The agency is led by Angie Harris, president, and has 15 employees.
