Patriot Growth buys Texas agency

Patriot Growth Insurance Services LLC said Thursday it has acquired Prospera Risk Advisors, a newly formed Texas-based property/casualty agency with expertise in energy, construction, nonprofits and high-net-worth insurance.
Terms of the deal, which expands Patriot’s footprint in the South-Central region, were not disclosed.
Prospera, with 75 employees across nine offices, was formed through the consolidation of four agencies: Benton-Luttrell Insurance, based in Van Alstyne, Texas; Bibby, Brilling & Associates LLP, based in Dallas; GBMB Insurance Agency, based in San Antonio; and Weatherby-Eisenrich Insurance, based in Andrews.
Mari Eisenrich, previously CEO of Weatherby-Eisenrich, was named CEO of Prospera.
Each agency will continue to operate under its legacy name until 2025.
