PCF acquires California-based brokerage

PCF Insurance Services announced Thursday the acquisition of Irvine, California-based DLD Insurance Brokers Inc.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
DLD, formed in 1989 by Dana L. Dowers, has 23 employees and specializes in serving companies in the construction, manufacturing, medical device, real estate and technology sectors.
The acquisition is the ninth of 2024 for Lindon, Utah-based PCF.
PCF is ranked 19th in Business Insurance’s list of the Top 100 brokers of U.S. business.
