PCF Insurance Services, based in Lehi, Utah, Monday said it had acquired four brokerages, one each in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Mississippi and Iowa.
The Brady Agency LLC, based in Sparta, North Carolina, will be combined with Insurance Associates of the Triad, a PCF Insurance business based in Asheboro, North Carolina.
Ignitist Inc., based in Harleysville Pennsylvania, specializes in Medicare and senior benefits, PCF said in a statement.
Roseberry Insurance Agency LLC, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, uses digital platforms in property and casualty coverage and expands PCF Insurance’s presence in the Southeast, the statement said.
The Sinnott Agency, based in Waterloo, Iowa, adds to PCF Insurance’s growing Midwest region, the statement said.
PCF is the 20th-largest broker of U.S. business, according to the most recent Business Insurance rankings.
