Phoenix Specialty welcomes experienced construction underwriter

Phoenix Specialty (Phoenix), a construction-focused MGA, has strengthened its team with the addition of a new construction underwriter, reinforcing its commitment to growth following a year of significant expansion.
Timothy Christmas joins Phoenix from RSA Insurance, where he served as a Senior Construction Underwriter.
His career also includes roles at Zurich and Allianz UK, giving him over a decade of experience in construction underwriting. Christmas specialises in portfolio management and developing new business within the London market.
Since its launch in February last year, Phoenix has provided Contractors All Risks and Contractors Plant & Equipment products.
The company is now preparing to introduce additional specialised construction insurance products and expand its global reach.
