Pivix launches casualty program

Pivix Specialty Insurance Services, a managing general agency, announced Wednesday it has launched a casualty program backed by Everspan Group through its recently established brokerage division.

Written on an excess and surplus lines basis, the program offers primary general liability coverage for targeted classes of business, including contractor, real estate, hospitality and manufacturing accounts.

Available limits are up to $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate.

“The primary general liability program is a natural starting point for building out the brokerage platform,” Pivix President and CEO Mike Miller said in a statement.

Pivix and Everspan are part of Ambac Financial Group.
