PointeNorth acquires three Alabama-based agencies

Atlanta-based PointeNorth Insurance Group LLC announced Thursday it acquired Alabama-based agencies Holloway and Hunt Insurance LLC, Vigilant Gulf Coast Insurance and O.M. Hughes.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Holloway, located in Arab, has been in business for more than 70 years, and obtains coverage for individuals and businesses.
Daphne-based Vigilant specializes in obtaining residential and commercial coverage.
O.M. Hughes, based in Birmingham, has been in business for more than 80 years.
