Price Forbes appoints Gökçen Süer to lead its Turkish operations

Global specialty broker Price Forbes, part of the Ardonagh Group, has announced the appointment of Gökçen Süer as Chairman & CEO of its newly rebranded Turkish operations, Price Forbes Türkiye.
Süer, a veteran of the Turkish broking market, brings over 25 years of wholesale and reinsurance experience to the role.
The executive’s previous jobs include founding Türkiye’s first wholesale broker, GRC Re, and serving as Chairman of Howden Sigorta and GRC Howden Re.
His latest appointment, Price Forbes stated, highlights the broker’s commitment to expanding its presence in the region.
Besso Sigorta, which has operated in the Turkish market for over a decade, will rebrand as Price Forbes Türkiye under Süer’s leadership.
Süer will spearhead this rebranding effort and drive the company’s expansion throughout Türkiye, the Middle East, and the CIS regions.
According to the announcement, the company will expand its services to offer a broader range of wholesale and reinsurance broking solutions, providing expertise in complex and industrial risks, specialty solutions, and treaty reinsurance.
