Price Forbes Re names Colin Kelley as Chief Commercial Officer

Price Forbes Re, an independent reinsurance broker, is excited to announce the appointment of Colin Kelley as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), a role specifically created to support the company’s expansion.

In this position, Kelley will collaborate closely with the insurance, reinsurance, and capital markets teams to craft tailored solutions for global clients and trading partners.

Kelley added: “As the correlation of capital between insurance and reinsurance continues to evolve, there are excellent opportunities for Price Forbes Re to support clients and develop our own growth. The team is full of enthusiasm for the direction in which Price Forbes Re is headed, and I am excited to continue to push the business to the next level with this new role.”

His appointment aligns with Price Forbes Re’s strategic focus on accelerating growth in key markets, including Bermuda, London, and the US Kelley will continue to report to Chris Bonard, President of Price Forbes Re.

Kelley joined the company in 2020, bringing over 20 years of expertise in insurance and reinsurance. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Sompo International, including Commercial Lines Practice Leader for Professional Lines.

This appointment is pending approval from Bermuda’s regulatory and immigration authorities.
