Protecdiv names Hunter as EVP, Strategic Partner Development

Insurance and reinsurance broker Protecdiv has appointed Denise Hunter as Executive Vice President (EVP), Strategic Partner Development.
In this new role, Hunter will lead efforts to develop and enhance relationships with strategic partners, including global insurers and reinsurers.
She will also focus on driving collaborative solutions to better serve Protecdiv’s mission of providing exceptional service to Fortune 2000 companies, mortgage and credit risk holders, and public entities.
Most recently, Hunter served as AVP and Business Development Leader at insurer QBE North America, where she successfully spearheaded initiatives that accelerated client engagement and enhanced market presence.
Throughout her career, Hunter has held leadership positions at some of the world’s most prominent insurers, including as a Business Development Leader at Zurich North America.
She began her career in the claims department at Crum & Forster, building a robust foundation in specialty claims, including umbrella/excess, auto, and general liability, after which she joined large insurer AIG as an underwriter.
