QBE North America launches commercial property all-risk program

QBE North America on Monday launched a commercial property all-risk, shared and layered coverage for large organizations.

The coverage offers capacity of up to $10 million in California earthquake coverage on an annual aggregate basis; a $10 million Tier 1 named windstorm limit per occurrence; and a $100 million fire limit per occurrence.

The coverage is tailored to large entities in sectors including education, financial services, health care, hospitality, gaming, industrial, light manufacturing, mixed real estate, municipal government, retail, technology and wholesale/industrial operations with total insurable values of $500 million and above. It has a minimum premium of $100,000.
