Rokstone appoints Howden’s Winsley as Capacity Manager & Broker Relationship Director

Rokstone, an international specialty re/insurance MGA and part of the Aventum Group, has announced the appointment of Rob Winsley as Capacity Manager and Broker Relationship Director.

In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing distribution across all lines of business, identifying new growth opportunities, expanding into new areas, and developing multi-year capacity deals.

He will also collaborate with brokers to ensure Rokstone remains a reliable partner for efficient and profitable risk placement, with a continued focus on service and achieving positive outcomes.

Winsley is joining the company following over ten years at Howden. He is highly regarded in the market for his ability to forge strong strategic partnerships with carriers and brokers, and has a proven track record of successfully generating, managing, and placing substantial Lloyd’s and London Market portfolios.

He will join the team once his notice period is complete.
