Ryan Specialty announces new leaders for its underwriting segment RSUM

Ryan Specialty, an international specialty insurance firm, has announced three leadership appointments within its specialty underwriting segment, Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers (RSUM).

Miles Wuller, President and Chief Executive Officer of RSUM, commented, “I’m pleased for RSUM to continue to fuel the development and promotion of exceptional internal talent, as well as attract thought leaders from the industry.”

Eric Quinn has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Capital and Product Strategy. Quinn joined RSUM in 2021 following the acquisition of All Risks and has held various leadership roles in capital and program management, previously as Senior Vice President of RSUM.

Brian Lillis has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development. He joined RSUM in 2013 and has worked in various financial and operational roles, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer. Before joining RSUM, Lillis spent nearly three years at CNA Insurance and also worked at Allstate Insurance Company.

Thomas Cranley joins RSUM as Chief Operating Officer. He has been working with RSUM as Head of Transformation and Integration on a contract basis for the past six months. Cranley brings 30 years of industry experience in consulting and carrier management, most recently leading the property and casualty insurance practice at a top global consulting firm.
