Ryan Specialty Group buys transportation specialist

Ryan Specialty Group LLC said Wednesday it has acquired transportation specialist Crouse and Associates.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
In addition to transportation, San Francisco-based Crouse, which has offices in California, Oregon and Texas, specializes in excess and general liability and other property/casualty risks, Ryan said in a statement.
Crouse, which is now part of RT Specialty, Ryan Specialty’s wholesale brokerage division, generated $26 million in revenue for the 12 months ended Nov. 30.
