Sapiens launches new version of CoreSuite for P&C market

Sapiens International Corporation has unveiled Version 12.0 of its Sapiens CoreSuite for Property & Casualty (P&C) for the North American insurance market.

As Reinsurance News understands, this new release will provide insurers with a multitude of functional and performance improvements, along with enhanced security features too.

The new release, which is part of the AI-based Sapiens Insurance Platform, aims to improve data consistency for AI readiness and streamline billing, policy administration, and claims processes.

Designed to help insurers adapt quickly to market shifts and regulatory changes, the suite further boosts customer experiences and operational automation.

As well as this, the new release also increases the functionality of Sapiens’ formula capabilities, syncing seamlessly with Sapiens ClaimsPro for Property & Casualty, Sapiens PolicyPro, and Sapiens BillingPro.

Enhancements made to ClaimsPro includes the introduction of reporting tables to enable near real-time reporting, augmented deductible tracking capabilities, extended notes capabilities for sent or received correspondence, as well as enhanced Hi-Marley™ text support for when a case is re-assigned.

It has been confirmed that the release is available to all North American CoreSuite P&C customers.

“This latest release accelerates the pace of innovation and value delivery to our customers. We’ve improved the consistency of our data, to help insurers leap the hurdles of data migration and ensure their data is consistent and AI-ready. The value-added enhancements of the new version reflect our long-term strategy to leverage corporate investments in support of our customers,” commented Roni Al-Dor, Sapiens President and CEO.
