Saudi Re appoints Isa Ali as Chief Operating Officer

Saudi Re has announced the appointment of Isa Ali, who has been with the company since 2009, as its new Chief Operating Officer.

In his new role, Ali will play a key part in driving the company’s digital and operational transformation, supporting its ambitious strategy to strengthen its competitive position and expand both locally and internationally.

Ali joined Saudi Re roughly 16 years ago and has held several executive positions in IT management and strategic planning.

Most recently, he served as Chief Strategy & Technology Officer at Saudi Re and, prior to that, as Chief Information Officer.

Before his tenure at Saudi Re, he served as Manager of Systems Development at Arab Insurance Group (ARIG), where he led the development team and provided support for five major applications and six clients, both inshore and offshore.

Earlier in his career, he held roles at the Ministry of Finance and National Economy and HiTech WLL.
