Sedgwick Claims Management Services Inc. on Tuesday named Elizabeth Francy Demaret president of carrier services, a newly created position.
In her new role, Ms. Demaret will direct the third-party administrator’s services to insurers, such as property loss adjusting and outsourcing services, a Sedgwick statement said.
New York-based Ms. Demaret, who joined Sedgwick in 2012, was previously president of specialty solutions. Previous positions include chief of staff, executive vice president of carrier relations and managing director of international and carrier development.
Ms. Demaret was one of the 2006 Business Insurance Women to Watch.
