Sedgwick names former Bain partner chief transformation officer

Sedgwick on Wednesday named former Bain partner Vishy Padmanabhan chief transformation officer, a newly created position.

Reporting to CEO Michael Arbour, Mr. Padmanabhan will “drive an integrated transformation agenda spanning digital, data and enterprise processes,” the company said.

Mr. Padmanabhan, previously a partner at Bain & Co., has more than two decades of experience leading large-scale transformation efforts across banking, insurance technology, and manufacturing sectors.

In his previous roles, including work as a senior executive at Wells Fargo, Mr. Padmanabhan “has guided organizations through complex digital evolutions, and specializes in aligning IT capabilities with business goals, modernizing legacy systems, and driving outcome-based innovation across industries,” according to a Sedgwick statement.
