Selective Insurance appoints Ari Moskowitz as Chief Risk & Reinsurance Officer

Selective Insurance has announced the appointment of Ari Moskowitz as Chief Risk & Reinsurance Officer.
Moskowitz brings nearly 20 years of re/insurance industry experience, with strong expertise in actuarial pricing and risk management.
He rejoins Selective Insurance, where he previously served as an Actuarial Analyst from 2009 to 2010, focusing on actuarial pricing for U.S. property and casualty insurance.
Most recently, Moskowitz served as Group Chief Risk Officer at Everest. Over more than a decade at the company, he held several senior roles, including Chief Pricing Actuary – Reinsurance and Chief Operations Officer – Reinsurance.
He has also served as Vice President and Associate Actuary at TransRe. Moskowitz began his career at Crum & Forster as an Actuarial Assistant.
