SiriusPoint hires strategy, corporate development officer from Chubb

Bermuda-based insurer SiriusPoint Ltd. Tuesday named former Chubb Ltd. corporate leader Philip Enan as chief strategy and corporate development officer.

Mr. Enan, based in New York, reports to CEO Scott Egan and joins SiriusPoint’s executive leadership team in the newly created role.

Mr. Enan was previously executive vice president, global corporate development and head of strategic partnerships at Chubb. Before that, he held various roles at BMO Capital Markets, Piper Jaffray, now Piper Sandler Cos., and Deutsche Bank Securities.
