Bermuda-based specialty insurer SiriusPoint Ltd. on Friday named Andrew Pryde, formerly with Catalina Re, as group chief risk officer, effective in September.
He replaces Andreas Kull, who is leaving the company. Based in Bermuda, Mr. Pryde will report to SiriusPoint CEO Scott Egan.
Mr. Pryde previously was group chief risk officer at Catalina Re. Before that he held executive director and group chief risk officer roles at Beazley PLC and Darag Group Ltd.
As group chief risk officer, Mr. Pryde will oversee SiriusPoint’s global risk management strategy.
