Sleeman appointed Head of Investor Relations for The Fidelis Partnership

The Fidelis Partnership (TFP), a privately-owned managing general underwriter (MGU), has announced the appointment of Andrew Sleeman as Head of Investor Relations.

Sleeman, who will also join TFP’s Group Executive Committee, will be responsible for supporting relationships with existing and new capital partners.

These strategic partnerships continue to support TFP’s growth momentum, including last year’s significant $2 billion refinancing transaction led by Blackstone Credit & Insurance, and the acquisition of new capacity partners.

These partners are vital for supporting underwriting opportunities, particularly through TFP’s third-party capital at Lloyd’s.

Based in New York, Sleeman will be working closely with Conor O’Riordan, TFP’s Group Chief Financial Officer, who commented: “Deep capital partnerships will continue to be key enablers of TFP’s growth while also underpinning our successful risk allocator model.
