SRG completes investment partnership with Warburg Pincus and Temasek

Insurance industry intermediary Specialist Risk Group (SRG) has announced the completion of the transaction for the majority of its shares to be acquired by global growth investor, Warburg Pincus, and Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore.

It’s important to note, that SRG’s partnership with both investors aims to support the company’s growth plans and strategy, with SRG’s management team retaining a significant stake in the company.

If you recall, the acquisition was first announced in May.
