SRS Altitude expands into North America with Milan Pavlik appointment

SRS Altitude, a Managing General Underwriter (MGU) specialising in Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) solutions and part of Strategic Risk Solutions group, has expanded into North America with the appointment of Milan Pavlik as Head of Business Development, North America.

This move highlights SRS Altitude’s long-term commitment to providing ART insurance solutions that better align with the needs of corporate clients and brokers.

Brady Young, CEO of Strategic Risk Solutions, said, “This initiative is a natural step to complement the already well-established SRS’ offerings in the US and Canada captive spaces and to serve our clients in such growing markets.”

Pavlik joins SRS Altitude from Amazon, where he served as Director of Captive, overseeing the global strategy, implementation, and ongoing operations of Amazon’s captive and insurance programs, as well as the development of a leading risk management team.

Prior to that, he served as SVP/Alternative Risk at Beecher Carlson at Beecher Carlson, where he was responsible for growing the firm’s suite of consulting, advisory, and brokerage services. He has also held key leadership roles at Swiss Re, AIG, Intelsat, and Goldman Sachs.
