SRS hires another former Swiss Re captives leader

Strategic Risk Solutions Inc. said Tuesday it has hired Tom Keist, former global captive solutions leader at Swiss Re Ltd., as chief commercial officer of its recently launched managing general agent.

Zurich-based Mr. Keist, who will join SRS on April 1, will lead business development for SRS Altitude, the MGA for alternative risk transfer products that Concord, Massachusetts-based SRS launched in November.

SRS Altitude will be headed by Loredana Mazzoleni Neglén, who also joins from Swiss Re and will take up her role at the MGA on March 1.
