Starwind launches dedicated marine, energy brand

Starwind Specialty Insurance Services said Monday it launched Starwind Marine and Energy, a dedicated brand.

The new brand consolidates JH Blades, Southern Marine and Energy Technical Underwriters (ETU) under the Starwind Marine and Energy brand.

Graham Jenks has been appointed president of Starwind Marine and Energy, with additional leadership appointments to be announced “in the coming months.”

A formal timeline for consolidation is still in development, Starwind said.

Starwind Specialty Insurance Services is a company of CRC Group, which places more than $30 billion in annual premiums across property and casualty and employee benefits.
