Swiss Re Corporate Solutions appoints Vaziri as Global Head of RES

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, the commercial insurance arm of reinsurance giant Swiss Re, has appointed Pantea Vaziri as its new Global Head of Risk Engineering Services (RES).
In the new role, Vaziri will continue to enhance Swiss Re Corporate Solutions’ global RES capabilities and partner with the teams to provide clients with “value beyond risk transfer.”
She has extensive experience in cyber analytics and catastrophe modeling, having started her career as a catastrophe modeller at the global catastrophe risk modeling and solutions company, Moody’s RMS.
She subsequently spent over six years at M00dy’s RMS in the roles of Lead Modeler and Senior Modeler.
Most recently, she was the Head of Data Transformation at Allianz Commercial, part of global insurer Allianz.
She has been a part of the global insurance group for over nine years, and served in roles including Head of Global Cyber Analytics, Founding member of the regional Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council leadership, Head Of Risk Management, North America, Expert CAT Risk Research Analyst, and Senior Catastrophe Analyst.
Vaziri was also a Senior Risk Modeler at GeoVera Holdings, Inc.
