Swiss Re Corporate Solutions names North America regional leader

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Thursday named Lisa Butera as head of financial and professional lines and casualty North America, effective July 17.

Ms. Butera will also join the North America regional management team for strategic direction, a company statement said. She will be based in New York and report to Katie McGrath, CEO North America, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.

Ms. Butera was most recently head of property/casualty clients markets U.S. in the reinsurance division at Swiss Re. Prior to that she held several positions at American International Group Inc.
