Trucordia buys California-based marine agency

Trucordia, the brand name of PCF Insurance Services, said Tuesday it acquired the insurance business of Concord, California-based Boater’s Insurance Agency.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Boater’s Insurance, licensed in 50 states, provides commercial and personal lines coverage in the marine industry, including coverage for charter boats and fishing guides.
