Vantage hires former Axa executive as CEO of insurance

Bermuda-based insurer and reinsurer Vantage Group Holdings Ltd. said Monday that former Axa XL executive Alex Blanco has joined the company as CEO of insurance.

Mr. Blanco was most recently chief underwriting officer- specialty, Americas at Axa XL, a division of Axa SA, after serving as chief underwriting officer – professional errors and omissions and cyber insurance for XL Insurance, and as managing director of XL Group.

Vantage was established in late 2020.
