NEW YORK — Vermont Captive Insurance Association CEO Kevin Mead said Monday he will step down from the role.
Mr. Mead said in a statement that he has asked the VCIA board to start the search for his successor.
“I have no set date for my departure, as the primary focus is to allow the Board to conduct an effective search process, as well as to allow for the possibility of a transition period with the new CEO,” Mr. Mead said in the statement.
Mr. Mead was appointed CEO in 2022. Before that he was executive director of the International Pemphigus Pemphigoid Foundation and prior to that was vice president, resource development at United Way of Spokane County.
Before that, he was CEO of PrimeGlobal, having overseen its formation through the merger of three global independent accounting associations.
