Volt Underwriting names Louis Scott as Senior Underwriter for Power & Renewable Energy

London-domiciled, Lloyd’s Approved Coverholder, energy sector managing general agent Volt Underwriting has appointed Louis Scott as Senior Underwriter, Power and Renewable Energy, effective immediately.
Scott joins the firm after spending 12 years at Travelers Syndicate Management, where most recently, he was the Managing Senior Underwriter and Head of Power & Utilities.
Prior to his 12 years at Travelers, Scott spent over two decades in the Marine and Energy department at Aon.
Andrew Tokley, Chief Underwriting Officer, Volt commented on the appointment, “We’re delighted to welcome an underwriter of Louis’ profile to the team. He’s a widely respected London market lead Underwriter who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge.
