Willis adds insurance program for advertising and marketing risks

Willis, a unit of Willis Towers Watson PLC, said Wednesday it is offering AdWrap, a master-controlled insurance program for advertising and marketing risks.

AdWrap is designed to meet the production insurance needs of businesses and their contracted vendors, Willis said in a statement.

The policy can provide coverage from pre-production to airdate, protecting various production types, including live-action, digital, print and social media against property, casualty and contingent risks, the statement said.

Production limits of up to $5 million per production are available, with the ability to increase on an individual basis, subject to insurer review and approval, according to an email from a Willis spokesman.

Media liability limits will be $1 million to $5 million, and general liability limits are $10 million or more.
