Willis appoints Marsh’s Paul Graziano as Growth Leader for North America

Brokerage Willis, a WTW business, has appointed Paul Graziano as the Growth Leader for North America, to drive the development of a consistent framework to unify its revenue growth efforts across Willis in the region.

Graziano brings over thirty years of industry experience and has a strong background in working with C-suite executives from Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs, COIs, and emerging growth companies.

He joins Willis from Marsh, where he most recently served as the Managing Director and Global Engagement Partner.

Previously, Graziano was Chief Business Development Officer at JLT, before the company’s acquisition by Marsh in 2019. Before joining JLT, he spent 18 years at Aon as an Executive Vice President with numerous leadership roles.

Last week, Willis also hired Pat Donnelly as the Head of Risk & Broking (R&B), North America (NA) in an effort to strengthen its North American segment.
