Willis expands CyXS cyber facility

WTW’s Willis business has expanded its CyXS facility, offering USD/GBP/EUR 115m of capacity through Lloyd’s syndicates and up to USD/GBP/EUR 40m from outside of the Lloyd’s marketplace.

The Willis CyXS facility now includes the new CyXS Plus and CyXS Company offerings, each offering a further USD/GBP/EUR40m of capacity.

CyXS Company facilitates the engagement of high-quality capital and underwriting expertise from outside the Lloyd’s environment, Willis explained.

The company’s clients will now be able to benefit from a broader suite that provides a materially expanded range of options, which can be accessed with speed, efficiency and agility.

Due to all underwriting control residing solely with the two lead insurers, CyXS Company is the largest facility of its kind outside of Lloyd’s, Willis highlighted.
