Willis names risk and broking leader for Canada

Willis Towers Watson PLC said Wednesday it named Erin Magilton risk and broking Canada Region leader.

Based in Toronto, she will be responsible for leading the risk and broking team in Canada and will report to Mike Liss, who leads risk and broking for North America, the statement said.

Ms. Magilton was most recently senior director, corporate insurance risk management at financial services company Royal Bank of Canada.

Mr. Liss said in the statement she brings more than 25 years of broking experience to the role.
