World Insurance Associates LLC Thursday said it acquired the business of InterWeb Insurance LLC on April 1.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Lake Havasu City, Arizona-based InterWeb was founded in 2008 and provides commercial insurance focusing on errors and omissions coverage for the financial services sector, World said in a statement.
InterWeb has eight employees, a spokeswoman confirmed in an email.
World Insurance Associates LLC, headquartered in Iselin, New Jersey, is ranked 28th among the most recent Business Insurance top 100 brokers of U.S. business.
