WTW appoints Adrian Cousins as Head of London Market Claims

Willis, a WTW business, has announced the appointment of Adrian Cousins as Head of London Market Claims.

In his new role, Cousins will report to Neil Harrison, Global Head of Claims. He will oversee and implement key elements of Willis’ global claims strategy, including strategic engagement with London market insurers, reinsurers, adjusters, and law firms.

He will also continue in his current role as Head of Claims for FINEX in GB, Western Europe, and internationally, reporting to Jeremy Wall, Global Head of FINEX.

Cousins brings three decades of insurance industry experience to the role. He originally joined Willis in 1990 to handle Financial Institutions claims and has since developed deep expertise across all areas of the claims business.
