WTW appoints McGuire Senior Client Advocate for its REHL division

Global insurance broker WTW has announced the appointment of Izabella McGuire as Senior Client Advocate for the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Leisure (REHL) division within Corporate Risk & Broking, North America (CRB NA).

In her new role, based in New York, McGuire will drive white-glove client service in the REHL division by leveraging her extensive experience to deliver tailored risk management and innovative insurance solutions.

Her role will revolve around fostering and nurturing client relationships, guaranteeing the delivery of cost-effective solutions tailored to the distinct requirements of each client.

McGuire’s passion for client service, team development, and inspiring leadership sets her apart, enabling her to deliver exceptional results that surpass client expectations, WTW stated.

McGuire is joining WTW from Marsh, where she most recently served as Managing Director, Territory Sales Manager, leading a team of professionals focused on driving new business and fostering organic growth.

Prior to that, she was an Account Executive Team Lead, focused on driving strong outcomes for clients while delivering a best-in-class client experience.

The executive also held the position of Business Development Director at global insurance company AIG, where she sourced new opportunities and drove new business growth for the carrier’s growth products.
