WTW boosts Dallas operations with pair of former Lockton brokers

Willis Towers Watson PLC said Thursday it has hired two former Lockton Cos. LLC brokers to leadership roles in the Dallas market within its corporate risk and broking business.

Frank Scardino was appointed North America strategic sales leader and leader of the Dallas market, and Kenneth Gould was named strategic client engagement leader within corporate risk and broking, North America.

Mr. Scardino will report to Michael Chang, head of corporate risk and broking, North America, and will join the executive management team, WTW said.

Mr. Scardino has expertise in real estate, hospitality and private equity and most recently served as a senior partner and president of Lockton’s Dallas office.

Mr. Gould most recently served as executive vice president and producer at Lockton and specializes in placing coverage for large, complex clients in the Fortune 1,000 segment.

Their addition brings expertise to a “significantly growing market” for WTW, Mr. Chang said in a statement.
