WTW hires former Marsh executives

Willis Towers Watson PLC on Tuesday named former Marsh LLC executive Paul Graziano as growth leader for Corporate Risk & Broking, North America.

Mike Giacobbe, also formerly with Marsh, was named client strategy leader for Corporate Risk & Broking, North America.

Denver-based Mr. Graziano was most recently managing director and global engagement partner at Marsh. He joined Marsh through its 2019 purchase of Jardine Lloyd Thompson PLC where he was chief business development officer.

Chicago-based Mr. Giacobbe previously was U.S. & Canada leader and global specialty co-leader, Marsh Advisory, part of Marsh Specialty.

Mr. Giacobbe will officially join Willis in the second quarter of this year.

Willis recently named former Marsh executive Pat Donnelly as head of risk and broking North America, replacing Michael Chang, who left the brokerage in December.
