Zurich North America names regional executives

Zurich North America Tuesday promoted Ben Forster and Jana Maddox to regional executives for the insurer’s new East and South Central distribution regions, respectively.

Mr. Forster will serve as East Regional executive. He joined Zurich in 2016 and most recently was global relationship leader for the East Region.

Ms. Maddox will serve as South Central Regional executive, Zurich said in a statement. She joined Zurich in 2018 and most recently held dual roles as head of operations for customer relationship management and senior global relationship leader in the South.

Both Mr. Forster and Ms. Maddox will report to Carl Sutter, head of distribution & regional management for Zurich North America, with matrixed reporting responsibilities across all business and support units in their respective regions, Zurich said in a statement.

Andy Peterson and Jason Sauer will continue in their current roles as regional executives, Mr. Peterson for the newly defined New York Metro region and Mr. Sauer for the newly defined Southeast Region. Marilyn Boss and Gerald Chiddick will continue as regional executives for the West and Midwest, respectively, the statement said.
