Zurich promotes three in customer and distribution management team

Zurich North America announced Wednesday that it promoted Carl Sutter, Andy Peterson and Allison McEnerney Sletteland within its customer and distribution management team.

Mr. Sutter, based in Florida, was promoted to head of national strategic broker relationships and will oversee all broker relationship leaders. Mr. Sutter joined Zurich in 2021 and previously served as senior vice president, head of distribution and regional management. He will report to John Diaz, head of customer and distribution management.

Mr. Peterson, based in New York, is now head of regional distribution and will lead regional executives, area executives and territory leaders in implementing the insurer’s North American distribution strategy and promoting its customer value proposition nationwide. He previously served as regional executive for the New York metropolitan region. Mr. Peterson joined Zurich in 2008 and will report to Mr. Diaz.

Ms. Sletteland was promoted from director of business execution and performance, specialty lines, to regional executive for the New York metropolitan area. She joined Zurich in 2008 after working for Marsh McLennan as senior vice president and chief administrative officer for the northeast. She is based in New York and will report to Mr. Peterson.
